RUMOR has it that according to Fred's source (who we ran into at the DC United game on Saturday), the next coach of the U.S. National Team could be...Klinsmann. Yeah, I know, we've all heard that. However, according to the source, the job is Klinsmann's if he wants it; if he decides against it, the number 2 choice is Peter Nowak. Great for the National Team, bad for DC, since Nowak's #2 guy will go with him. So that would leave DC United in a huge lurch.
FACT is, according to Mr. Smooth who got a tour of the Caps facility in Ballston, the new digs will include at least one pub. There are plans to possibly add a second pub and have one on each level. The lucky peeps who work in the Caps' offices will have huge windows that overlook the Caps' practice ice so they'll be able to watch the Caps and road teams practice on game days. Are they lucky or what?!? At least the rest of us can enjoy the pub. Now I know where Fred will be.
On a side note, I highly recommend going to Micro Center to get your computer fixed if you want them to keep it for 3 weeks, wipe the hard drive clean, and never call you for updates. Hell, I could have done that myself, but we wanted them to preserve the data on the hard drive...yeah, so much for that, since they don't listen either. So, years of personal files, grad school papers, wedding files, iTunes stuff...all gone, not to mention that I now have to reload every single application back onto the PC. Hey, that's life.

Micro Center Sucks ASS!!! It is going to take days if not weeks to get it configured close to how it was.
