WASHINGTON, D.C. – Washington Capitals vice president and general manager George McPhee and head coach Glen Hanlon will introduce the team’s new captain on Wednesday, Sept. 13, at a 2:45 p.m. news conference at the Ashburn Ice House in Ashburn, Va.
