The most disturbing thing I've seen all day

Thanks a bunch, Lucky. That reminds me. Did anyone catch last Thursday and Friday's Dr. Phil? Apparently the former Slapshot and his wife were on, and I missed it. The show highlights are some riveting, scary weird stuff.

What do you think of the Snelling-Langerhans trade? To me, it's another questionable move by Trader Jim. Let's trade a 25-year-old with the second-best OBP on the entire team for a guy who's two years older and who's 3 for his last 53. Great move, Jimbo.

I too wonder HYSL. Is he pitching to Manute Bol?

Everyone in Atl liked "Langy", but he never could quite get it together at the plate.

I think you'll really like him, provided he doesnt bat .075 the rest of the year.

Miles, I feel largely the same way. Langerhans has potential, but in typical Washington fashion, he likely won't recognize it until he goes elsewhere. Hope I'm wrong about that.

Do you think he connected with the ball? Is he giving the ball enough room to connect with its own feelings? Has he ASKED the ball if it wants to be thrown toward a bat? Is anyone considering the ball's feelings. These are issues that must be resolved.
