Fan says Redskins are a Super Bowl Front Runner

Now, please don't take this as gloating- I realize the NFL season is far from over. However, I had to share this email I received at the end of August, because it is just so precious:

Your blogs wouldn't be too bad except for your hate and disdain for the Redskins. It's way to obvious and all i smell is jealousy, that's it. That's not going to get you too many brownie points around here.There are some out of towner that hates the Redskins. Oh well they'll have to deal with it because their team probably blows. I hope Redskins fans make their lives around here miserable for the next five months. Don't worry we will with our justified smug arrogance.

So don't worry the Redskins are a superbowl frontrunner and your philadelphia eagles will be nowhere near the playoffs. Must be fun choking in the playoffs how many years in a row?
What's going to be Mcnabbs excuse this year? Now that the team MVP is now playing for the Dallas Cowboys?? Yeah this year is going to be lots of fun for Skins fans just like last year!!

You bet I'm jealous. I wish MY team was 3-6.

Granted, I wouldn't call the Eagles a "superbowl frontrunner" and I think they have a bunch of tough games left in the season, but they looked a lot better than the Deadskins yesterday. Where's that "justified smug arrogance" now?

And I'm certainly not worried about scoring "brownie points" with Redskins fans around here. There's plenty of places they can go (probably too many) if they want some red & gold love, and this isn't one of them. Why can't we agree to disagree?
